Transform Your Supply Chain Planning and Marketing Strategies with Google Cloud and SAP Integration
Advances in genomics are transforming how diseases are diagnosed and treated. Precision medicine—where therapies are tailored to individual patients—depends on the ability to analyze vast volumes of genomic and clinical data.
For DxTerity, a patient-centric biotech company focused on improving the diagnosis and treatment of immune-mediated diseases, this challenge was particularly important.
DxTerity works with large volumes of clinical trial data, patient records, and genomic datasets generated through RNA monitoring and research studies. Much of this information existed in multiple formats across different systems, making it difficult to analyze at scale.
To accelerate research and improve clinical insights, DxTerity needed a platform that could:
Without a modern data infrastructure, analyzing these datasets could take days or even weeks, slowing research progress and delaying insights that could improve patient outcomes.
To address these challenges, DxTerity partnered with Pluto7 and Google Cloud to build a scalable clinical genomics platform capable of supporting advanced analytics and research.
The transformation began by building a modern data platform on Google Cloud capable of ingesting, harmonizing, and analyzing diverse healthcare datasets.
On top of this data foundation, Pluto7 implemented its AI platform, Planning in a Box – Pi Agent, enabling DxTerity to process complex clinical and genomic data faster and generate meaningful insights for research and clinical decision-making.
Using technologies such as Google Cloud Healthcare API, BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, and Cloud Storage, the platform enabled DxTerity to standardize complex clinical and genomic datasets into FHIR-compliant formats.
This allowed data from multiple sources—including clinical trial systems, electronic health records, and genomics datasets—to be integrated into a unified environment for analysis.
With Planning in a Box – Pi Agent running on Google Cloud, DxTerity researchers could analyze data in real time, dramatically improving the speed and scale of their research capabilities..
One of the most important outcomes of the transformation was the ability to unify multiple clinical and genomic datasets into a single analytics pipeline.
Previously, researchers had to manually prepare and normalize datasets before analysis could begin. This process required significant time and effort and often slowed the pace of discovery.
Powered by Pluto7’s Planning in a Box – Pi Agent platform and built on Google Cloud, DxTerity established an automated data pipeline capable of:
This unified approach enabled the organization to work with large-scale genomic datasets more efficiently while reducing the time required to prepare data for research.
The platform significantly accelerated the speed of clinical and genomic analysis.
Previously, complex data analysis processes could take more than 200 hours to complete. With the new architecture built on Google Cloud and Pluto7’s Planning in a Box – Pi Agent, the same analysis could now be completed in just a few hours.
This shift enabled DxTerity to move from sequential analysis processes to large-scale parallel data processing, dramatically accelerating research timelines.
Researchers can now run complex analytics across genomic datasets faster, enabling:
By reducing processing times and enabling scalable analytics, the platform allows DxTerity to convert raw genomic data into actionable insights more efficiently.
With this modern analytics platform, DxTerity continues to advance its mission of improving care for patients with autoimmune and immune-mediated diseases.
By combining genomic data with clinical research insights, researchers can better understand immune responses, identify disease patterns earlier, and develop more personalized treatment approaches.
These capabilities help accelerate the development of precision medicine solutions, allowing clinicians and researchers to better predict disease progression and tailor treatments more effectively.
The success of this transformation was made possible through the collaboration between Google Cloud and Pluto7.
Google Cloud provided the scalable infrastructure and healthcare-specific tools required to process large volumes of clinical and genomic data while maintaining strict security and compliance standards.
Pluto7 played a critical role in designing and implementing the platform architecture and enabling advanced analytics through its Planning in a Box – Pi Agent platform.
By combining Google Cloud’s scalable data infrastructure with Pluto7’s expertise in data engineering and AI-driven analytics, DxTerity was able to build a robust clinical genomics platform capable of supporting both current research initiatives and future innovation.
As part of Pluto7’s Decade of Impact campaign, the DxTerity story highlights how modern data platforms and AI-driven analytics can accelerate innovation in healthcare.
Through the combined power of Google Cloud’s technology and Pluto7’s Planning in a Box – Pi Agent, DxTerity has built a foundation that enables faster research, deeper clinical insights, and new possibilities for precision medicine.
The result is not just a technology transformation but a step forward in improving how diseases are diagnosed and treated for patients around the world.
